Our People

OUR PEOPLE

There is no place for politics or egos in the world of investment. Our simple but effective
flat management structure means we focus on the best idea and what works.

THE HIGHEST STANDARDS

To embed transparency in everything we do, we look at two crucial factors: our culture and our people. We are committed to learning from our mistakes and we foster a culture of openness. By being honest with each other about any errors, we can all make better decisions about our work and our investments.

FORWARD TOGETHER

At Ethus, we push the boundaries of our creativity by fostering new talents and investing in our abilities as well as the collective requirements of a thriving business. We don’t need to push ourselves to work harder, but rather we believe in the merit of innovation and applying creative solutions to complex problems. Ambition alone is undoubtedly an essential asset, but teamwork is the cornerstone of a healthy culture.
